Today, I’m joined by Alex Dudgon. Alex is the founder of Soul Medicine Festival, a holistic health and wellness events company with the intention to inspire, empower and uplift people. The events are also an opportunity to explore spirituality through various practices and music from a range of ancient traditions. They have a weekend camping event this springtime from 26th-29th May, which I’ll be speaking at.
Alex is also a meditation teacher. He has studied both the Hindu-style tradition of meditation in India and more recently the Japanese zen style. He has over 20 recorded meditations on both the Insight Timer and Aura meditation apps, both available on the app store. Search ‘Alex Dudgon’ to find him. He has also studied in the cryptocurrency space as well as been vocal against lockdowns and medical mandates.
