Amie Lunn is a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Breastfeeding Peer Supporter and an advocate for infant health and nutrition. She volunteers for a local breastfeeding charity supporting new mums with their breastfeeding journeys and is extremely passionate about infant feeding & childhood nourishment. Above all, she a first-time mum to two-year old Isla, and is simply trying to navigate the roller-coaster journey that motherhood is.
