This holiday had a profound effect on me. It was like a pivotal moment that I knew I’d finally healed and reached my health goals. All those years of research, hard work, dedication & visualisation had finally paid off. On the plane home I had a little moment where I let it all sink in and just thoroughly enjoyed every single moment of the trip.
The only reason I’m sharing this one year later is because I didn’t release podcast episodes in 2022 as I wanted a break from them to just focus on living life - which I most definitely did!

Today we are on episode 155 and it's crazy to look back over the past few years to where I am in my health today. When I first started this podcast I was purely managing my PCOS symptoms, not healing them. I was still unsure what the root cause and triggers were, but that was almost 4 years ago now and my goodness I've learnt a lot since then, including the answers to my PCOS which thankfully I no longer experience!
This episode is an updated look into what I used to deal with on a daily basis and how I've come to understand the root cause of the imbalances I once had. I share a short lesson from my online PCOS course in the desire to give you hope if you have PCOS, or PCOS symptoms if not diagnosed

Today, I’m telling you all about my recent wisdom tooth infection. I had not experienced an infected wisdom tooth before, and if you haven’t either, let me tell you - it was NOT fun! However, with all my holistic and natural remedies up my sleeve, I managed to overcome this infection naturally and avoid antibiotics - thank goodness!
This situation also lead me to trying out homeopathic remedies for the first time properly, and I’m hooked. With the help of my homeopathic friend Cassie and a kit I bought online, I haven’t stopped trying them out on myself and my family. Dr Monica Handa-Henshaw BSc DC PgDip MCC FCBP was awarded BSc Chiropractic (distinction) from the Angelo European College of Chiropractics in 1993 & holds numerous other post graduate qualifications . Keith Littlewood spent the first twenty five years of his career in the fitness and rehabilitation industry working around the world helping to get clients out of pain and stronger. Now working as an independent researcher and coach studying the effects of the environment and endocrine responses, and also working as a coach globally with those who want to better energy, digestion, mood, fertility, pain and other hormone related outcomes.
