Hey guys!
Today is another solo Q&A episode.
The first question is from Jess, who is struggling with hormone imbalances and irregular cycles after stopping the birth control pill nearly 18 months ago! She is wanting to start a family in the next few months, but is struggling to find answers and see any improvements with her health.
I then give advice to Anna who is a 19 year old student who is dealing with anxiety. It seems to be getting worse, and nothing that she has tried so far has really helped. She would like some 'low cost' recommendations to improve her anxiety as she is on a budget.
